It all begins with service. When I was 15 years old, I wanted to get a job and after getting permission from my school, I was able to start a job at McDonalds. I quickly learned that the world revolved around what the customer wants and how to add value to each interaction. After years in retail management while pursuing a career in engineering, I was able to transition into an amazing opportunity at a large Environmental Engineering firm in downtown Chicago. My years as an engineer where amazing and creative, but I missed the daily interaction with customers and being able to stand out in a crowd based on how I made people feel after working with them.
In 2003 I took the leap into Real Estate and quickly loved the interaction with different people from different walks of life with different needs and wants. This is what I was meant to do!!! Since 2003, I have worked with hundreds of individuals and families helping them buy their dream home, sell their previous family home to move onto the next stage in life and worked with investors looking to either build their portfolios or cash out. What I have learned is that each person, each family, each transaction is different and that my job isn't just to get a transaction done. My job is to meet my clients needs and exceed their expectations. My goal is is simply to create a great experience where the end result is happy clients who are excited to refer their friends and family to me. Simply put, to build a two way loyalty that lasts a life time. I look forward to each opportunity to meet new people where they are and quickly build a plan to help them meet their goals!
